Property Litigation Solicitor, 3 – 5 years PQE wanted for excellent role with established Manchester law firm. Salary to £60k.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced solicitor to join our real estate litigation client, ideally with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience, although we would consider exceptional candidates slightly out with this range.

The real estate litigation team, headed by a chambers select solicitor, is part of the wider litigation practice. Since its inception, the team has been named by Legal 500 and Chambers as one of the leading real estate litigation practices in the UK.

The main focus will be on real estate litigation, however, there will also be some exposure to real estate finance and/or insolvency work.

The successful candidate will be UK qualified and most likely come from a top city or regional real estate litigation practice, however, we would also consider candidates from the Bar. Planning experience (either contentious or non-contentious), in addition to general real estate litigation experience, would be an advantage.
