Opportunity to join a Scunthorpe law firm in the role of Conveyancing Fee Earner.
Our client requires an experienced, dynamic individual to deal with a caseload of 200 plus sales and purchase files in an organized and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have a good level of solid experience of previously working as a Conveyancing Fee Earner and be happy to work unsupervised.
Duties Include:
·Residential sale and purchase transactions.
·Residential property remortgages.
·Transfers and gifts of residential properties.
·All other related conveyancing work.
·Develop and expand existing client base.
Please note it is essential all candidates have a proven track record of a minimum of two years as a Conveyancing Fee Earner within Sale and Purchase and an excellent verbal and written command of the English Language is also essential.
