This leading legal 500 firm based in Merseyside is looking to recruit at a strategic management level to strengthen and develop their marketing and business development capacity.
You will have a proven track record working within the legal profession in a business development and marketing role and be at ease working at a senior level taking responsibility for the full remit and development of this newly established department.
You will work alongside Partners and Head of departments across the business covering primarily the residential / commercial property market and also personal injury practice areas. Control of business development function will be coordinated by yourself alongside other senior staff with marketing strategies for new and ongoing business generated and executed within your control. Further ongoing development of the department including recruitment strategy, retention of presently out sourced marketing function and set practice and procedures across the firm will all fall within this job remit.
