A highly reputable Manchester law firm is currently seeking an additional Solicitor to support their Residential Conveyancing department. Salary up to £40k.
The Client: Our client is a modern law firm that can trace its roots back as far as the mid 1880's. Over time the firm has grown consistently through a number of mergers and acquisitions to create the firm that it is today, a popular choice for clients and employees.
The Role: Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who have good working knowledge of handling their own Residential Conveyancing. Ideally candidates will have a following and be fully competent with most or all Conveyancing transactions, including: Leasehold and freehold properties, transfers of equity, right to buy, registered and unregistered properties, new builds etc. The right candidate should be hard working, reliable and able to prioritise their own workload.
Salary of up to £40k for the right candidate (to vary depending upon previous experience and following).
