Qualified Residential Conveyancer wanted for excellent Manchester city centre role paying up to £35k.
Our client has been established for over 50 years, city centre based they offer a comprehensive range of legal services to private individuals and businesses alike.
Applications are invited from individuals with Solicitor, ILEX or CLC qualification. Heading a small team you will a varied caseload of freehold & leasehold transactions, you should already be confident managing purchase, sale & remortgage matters. A typical caseload may include leasehold flats and new build properties so it is essential that you have experience managing this kind of transaction. Acting as a point of reference to your team, the successful applicant will lead by example & possess strong supervisory & delegation skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established city centre Manchester firm, offering excellent salary of up to £35k with opportunity to progress.
