Residential Conveyancer Manchester - £25k - £35k
Our client deals with a substantial amount of non-contentious and contentious work on behalf of business and business people. The firm acts for a wide variety of clients including private and public companies as well as partnerships and individuals. The main objective in the formation of the firm is to give efficient, specialist advice at a senior level over a wide spectrum of commercial work directed at the business community.
They are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer to managing registered & unregistered Freehold & Leasehold files, new build & leasehold flat purchase experience, produce up to 30 completions a month with minimal supervision, deal with matters up to & including registration, issue contracts & deal with enquiries, raise & check searches, draft mortgage reports to send to clients and exchanging contracts.
Candidates must have previous experience of working within Residential Conveyancing at a Fee Earner level.
