City centre Manchester based role for Solicitor to manage full and varied caseload of commercial and residential property repossessions. Our client is reacting to market conditions and is receiving a large number of instructions to act on Repossession proceedings. Salary dependant on experience and upwards of £25k. Our client is an established city centre private practice with ambitions to expand. Providing legal services to a mainly commercial client base they are seeking a strong Litigation Solicitor to manage a full and varied Repossessions caseload. The successful applicant will take a matter from instruction, through litigation and on to judgement and will be involved in all aspects of a case. Salary upwards of £25k and dependent on experience.
