Manchester based qualified Residential Conveyancer role paying up to £42k. Fantastic opportunity with excellent benefits package.
We are instructed by an established residential conveyancing specialist who are seeking to add to their team as they continue to bring in quality work despite adverse market conditions. Supported by a network of referrers our client is still experiencing high levels of instructions in both sale, purchase & remortgage matters.
Applications are invited from qualified, highly skilled Residential Conveyancers, would suit people seeking stability in uncertain times. The successful applicants can expect to run a small, complex caseload of sales & purchases whilst acting as a point of referral for less experienced members of staff. Your caseload could consist of anything that conveyancing can produce; sales of part, leasehold flat purchase, new build purchase as well as matters that have been escalated by less experienced colleagues. Fee Earners should be able to manage any class of title or estate, not make any mistakes & be confident offering the correct guidance to colleagues. This is a varied role with responsibility & the opportunity to work in a very supportive environment that includes regular training & development.
Salary to £42k for this excellent Manchester based role, benefits include flexible hours & up to 28 days holidays.
