Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently recruiting an experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor for our clients rapidly expanding city law firm situated in London’s Old Street Area.
A rare opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Solicitor to assume responsibility for undertaking all existing wills, trusts and probate work and further developing this aspect of the firm’s rapid growth.
This progressive and respected City firm provides an extensive range of legal advice and services to corporate, commercial and private clients, both in the UK and abroad, and regards this as an important strategic appointment in the continuing expansion of the firm's already successful business.
Due to the responsibility of the position, the successful applicant will have extensive experience as a UK qualified wills, trusts & probate Solicitor, combined with cross sector legal experience which will entitle the successful applicant to deal with the firm’s high profile clients effectively.
You must have a proven and successful approach in obtaining new clients through pro-active marketing, as well as continuing to develop your own existing cliental base which will ensure a successful start to a prosperous long term career.

Duties include
* Undertaking legal work as required
* Marketing the services of the department and firm,
* Increasing caseloads and generating income
* Further development the department
The successful applicant will have:
* A broad knowledge and proven track record of employment in U.K legal sectors including areas such as Wills & Probate, Tax & Trusts.
* The ability to think outside the circle to attract, manage and maintain new and existing clientele.
* Previous experience in a similar position assisting or developing a similar department
* An existing client following would be preferred
Salary - To £100K + Benefits (dependent upon skills and experience)
