A skilled Conveyancing Clerk is currently required for a part time role at this growing Leeds firm. Salary up to £21k, pro rata.
The Client: Our client is a national practice who provides a comprehensive range of legal services to businesses and private individuals in all parts of the Country. Our client ensures their staff provide a practical, timely and cost effective service on a daily basis and therefore they only employ highly skilled and reliable staff.
The Role: Applications are being welcomed from experienced Conveyancing Clerk's who have undertaken a similar role. This role is on a part time basis and will consist of a negotiable 16 to 21 hours per week. The successful candidate will be assisting the head of department and will be required to work on private client transactions of sale, purchase and re-mortgages from start to finish. Ideally candidates will require little help with transactions and will be able to work from own initiative and knowledge. Role to include post completion work.
An exciting role which offers flexibility and a salary of up to £21k (pro rata) in return for commitment, experience and reliability.
