A hard working, efficient and experienced Conveyancing Executive/Case Handler is currently needed for a busy Leeds firm to help provide support to their team. Salary up to £25k.
The Client: Our Client was founded in the early 1980's and is now one of the North's top Commercial Firms with over 100 staff. Our Client has always been forward- thinking and has achieved the legal quality standard, Lexcel, and an Investors in People.
The Role: Our Client is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer who can handle a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters and is used to working with computerised case management systems. Reporting to the transactional manager and having the support two assistants, the role will involve checking titles, raising and responding to enquiries, and liaising with all parties from initial instructions through to completion.
Genuine, in-depth experience of Residential Conveyancing on sale and purchase matters is essential. Full or part ILEX or Licenced Conveyancing qualifications would be an advantage. Good IT skills are required.
