Team Leader wanted to join leading Bury based Insurance law firm. Managing a team of legal fee earners applicants should have a background of team leadership in a professional services environment, particularly legal or insurance. Salary is dependant on skill set. Our client acts for some of the leading UK insurers and public bodies. Maintaining a focus on litigated matters, an increasing proportion of our client's business now involves claims pre-proceedings and counter fraud advice and consultancy. Due to a steady increase in the demand for services our client is seeking to appoint a team leader for their Intelligence team. The team works with insurers to detect, investigate and repudiate fraudulent claims. The Team Leader will create and sustain a high performance atmosphere on a team encouraging team members to achieve individual and team goals. Applications are invited from candidates with a clear track record of achievement in leading a team in a similar professional services environment. Product knowledge is not essential, mentoring and motivation of team members are the attributes our client is trying to capture for this role. Candidates should also possess the ability to develop good relationships inside and outside of the team as they seek to interpret and deliver guidance from management to improve bottom line and client servicing.
