Job Description

Residential Conveyancer required for busy Cheadle office.

An excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a modern, local firm with excellent panel representation. Basic salary + bonus + benefits including health care ensure one of the leading salary packages for the region. In addition the role has a genuine opportunity for progression as the firm looks to cement its growing reputation and increasing panel representation.

Dealing with shared ownership, leasehold and new build matters
Drafting, Approving and issuing Contracts
Checking Titles
Raising and responding to enquiries
Reporting to and Liaising with Clients/Lenders keeping them up-to-date
Complying with Professional guidelines and the CML handbook
Liaising with all parties involved in the transaction
Progressing transactions through to completion
Dealing with pre-completion issues post completion

Person Specification & Experience:

Previous Conveyancing experience 12 months plus
Must have dealt with a majority of the above duties
Excellent time keeping skills
Good team player
