A reputable and friendly law firm is currently seeking an experienced and committed Legal Assist an to join their Residential Conveyancing team in Sutton Coldfield. Salary up to £18k.
The Client: Our client is a friendly and reputable law firm with a growing reputation. They are centrally based and are within close proximity of public transport, ensuring that they are ideally located for both Clients and staff.
The Role: Currently our client is seeking a Legal Assistant who has previous experience of Residential Conveyancing and is able to work off their own initiative and complete work to a high standard. The successful candidate will be working one on one with a Fee Earner and covering all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, right to buy and transfers of equity. You will daily use the case management system and the role will be very team orientated, therefore excellent communication skills are essential!
Candidates will have common sense, good telephone manner and be able to build rapport with clients at ease. Good all-round experience in Conveyancing is a necessity to the success of this role. Candidates will also be competent IT users with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
