Property Lawyer/Residential Conveyancer – FILEX or Solicitor

This dynamic and progressive law firm situated in the heart of Coventry within walking distance of all the local amenienties is looking for a FILEX or Solicitor to deal with property sales and purchases for leading registered Social Landlords.
The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge and abilities required for this busy and expanding Department. The successful candidate will deal with a variety of transactions including Plot acquisitions; Shared Ownership packages; Right to Buy/Acquire; Staircasing.

You will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work to the high standards and to work under pressure, handling volume work accurately. High level of IT and general computer skills required.

Ability and interest in assisting in the marketing of the Department and development of relationships with external organisations an advantage

Salary is negotiable depending on level of experience.
