FULL TIME CONVEYANCING EXECUTIVE required to deal with Housing Association work

Paralegal or Conveyancing Secretary with detailed knowledge and abilities seeking Fee Earning position, required for this busy and expanding Department.

The successful candidate will deal with a variety of transactions including, for example, Shared Ownership packages; Sales of individual Plots; replies to Enquiries; Right to Buy/Acquire; Staircasing.

We are seeking someone with excellent organisational skills, able to work to the high standards set by our Clients and to work under pressure, handling volume work accurately. High level of IT and general computer skills required.

Ability and interest in assisting in the marketing of the Department and development of relationships with external organisations an advantage.
