RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - SUFFOLK
High street firm with excellent reputation seeks experienced conveyancer to join team. Candidates will ideally be Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or Solicitors with solid experience in both leasehold & freehold transactions, rights to buys, shared ownership, deeds of gifts and re-mortgages. A knowledge of the local property market is desirable but not essential.
Must be capable of handling a full caseload and working with minimum supervision
