A highly experienced and hard working Residential Conveyancing Executive is currently needed to help provide support to a friendly department in Stockton-on-Tees. Salary up to £23k.
The Client: Our client is a specialist Commercial law practice that has been successfully established for over 130 years and holds a strong local and national client base. The firm's services are supplied predominantly to the business and private sector where they cover various areas of law from Commercial Litigation right through to Matrimonial and Domestic Conveyancing.
The Role: Applications are welcomed from candidates who have a minimum of three years recent Residential Property experience and accustomed to work to tight deadlines within a pressurised environment. The cases will include a high volume of residential, remortgaging and other property transactional work and therefore candidates must be flexible and committed to this sector of law. IT competence is essential as is the ability to communicate well at all levels and contribute accordingly within a team environment.
Salary up to £23k for all candidates who strive to succeed and will work hard to reap the rewards. (Salary to vary depending upon previous experience)
