Qualified Residential Conveyancer wanted for £36k.
Our client is an established national law firm who have grown impressively over the last 20 years, providing a full service to a loyal, expanding national client base.
Applications are invited from qualified Residential Conveyancers who possess Solicitor, FILEX or CLC qualification. Candidates should be confident running a full & varied caseload of freehold/leasehold sales & purchases. The role will involve a range of work including advising in relation to acquisition and development projects for existing RSL clients, local authority clients and private sector developers, as well as acting in relation to joint ventures and LSVT and estate-based transfers from local authorities. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide general legal advice to RSL clients, including constitutional and governance advice to RSL groups.
The ideal candidate must have a good grounding in UK property law and practice and be used to responsibility for files and project management. They will also be a strong team player who is willing to take an active role in marketing activities and practice development.
Salary to £36k for excellent Exeter based conveyancing role.
