Job Description

Property Litigation Solicitor
Position: Exeter
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000


An excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitors to join one of the top Legal firms in the South West. Our client requires sound real estate experience, good legal and litigation experience and aptitude for both advisory and disputes work.
You will be involved in a variety of matters; Conveyancing, Landlord Tenant and Property Development


Responsibilities and Skills:


Ability to advise clients on a variety of specialist property issues and good knowledge of the relevant law
Methodical approach to analysis of factual and legal issues and the ability to express them in an accessible way
Broad experience of a handling a range of disputes and good understanding of procedures and available mechanisms, with some experience of involvement in high value and complex matters
Ability to manage caseload and work within a team and to integrate with and assist other members in the team, including supervising trainees and more junior solicitors
