Temporary Legal Secretary Positions in Bristol – Apply today!

Legal Secretaries in Bristol are needed with experience of any area of law.
We are currently looking for flexible, organised and co-operative legal secretaries to work in the all departments in a leading law firm. The role will involve providing high quality support to whosoever you may be allocated to, covering all aspects of a secretarial position.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player. They will work well under pressure, be able to multi-task and use their initiative to take a proactive approach to work.
Duties Include –
- Complete normal secretarial duties efficiently, including typing (audio and script), sending faxes, taking phone calls, filing, emails and diary management.
- Communicate with clients and other solicitors in a polite and friendly manner.
- Produce bills
- Use of Land Registry Direct to obtain information
- Telephone Searches
- Completion of property forms from information on the file
- Scheduling deeds
Skills and Attributes –
- Flexibility – must be able to deal with various tasks from people at all levels
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT Skills (including Powerpoint)
- Use initiative / be proactive and use all available technology
- Discretion needed for confidential and sensitive matters
- Typing speed of 65wpm+
