Our client’s property disputes team is one of the largest in the country the firm advise in relation to landlord and tenant (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes etc.), building and development, land acquisitions, strategic options, possession actions, purchaser claims and trespass and squatter actions. The team contains members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, trained mediators and adjudicators. All members of the team are members of the Property Litigation Association. The firm are rated in the top tier for property dispute resolution by both the Legal 500 and Chambers legal directories.
Our client is currently looking to recruit a property litigation solicitor who has from 1 years post qualification experience to join the Property Litigation team in Bristol. This role will involve dealing with landlord and tenant and real property disputes, acting for a spread of household name clients, developers, and property portfolio managers. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
