Our National client is currently recruiting for a paralegal to join their Dispute Resolution team in Bristol.
You will be responsible for resolving Landlords and Tenant disputes regarding the return of a tenancy deposit. You must try to resolve the dispute before the case reaches arbitration.
The role will be very varied, providing many challenging and rewarding opportunities. You will be an integral part of a small, but growing, team where you will be required to manage a case load on a day-to-day basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in this area of law, perhaps be from a residential conveyancing background.
