BIRMINGHAM: this top city-centre firm, with an extensive residential conveyancing practice nested in the L500 Private Client offering, is in the enviable position of needing to add an additional Legal Executive or Solicitor. You'll be joining a firm that is very much in the ascendancy, having secured key hires of lawyers at all levels over the past 18 months and now comprising over 160 Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals. It is now looking to the next phase of development.
The team is able to offer dealings with conveyances on behalf of existing contacts from commercial clients, as well as attracting a hefty proportion of clients through referral and reputation. As well as working on HNW transactions on the conveyancing side, you'll also have the opportunity for exposure to:
-Relocation work for businesses
-Lease extensions
·Transfers of equity
-Trustee in Bankruptcy sales
-Repossessions
-Remortgages
You will also have the chance to foster your won reputation through networking with local firms of estate agents, surveyors and professionals from other practice areas, to win new clients.
You will be working for a a partner who is very much Birmingham-focused, having spent the last 20+ years in practice here. The firm as a whole is much more interested in the skills you can bring to the practice, rather than whether your status is that of a Legal Executive or Solicitor. It's an unstuffy firm, but one that has quality throughout and is firmly established at the top-end of the mid-tier.
It is a great time to join and be a part of the firm's ingress into the Birmingham legal establishment.
