A friendly and enthusiastic Legal Secretary with Conveyancing experience is required for Birmingham based Legal 500 firm. Salary up to £18k.
The Client: The client is a friendly firm with a budding reputation. A steady increase in workload has seen this solicitors open offices in and around the Midlands. The Role: Our client is seeking skilled Legal Secretaries with a minimum of two years working experience of Residential/Commercial Conveyancing to join their developing team. The successful candidate will be working primarily for the Partner within the Property team with duties to include: Carrying out Land Registry searches, typing of legal documents and correspondence, liaising with clients and various professionals including Estate Agents and other Solicitor firms, faxing, filing, diary management and all other duties as necessary. Minimum typing speeds of 60 -65Wpm are essential to this role as is excellent communication and organisational skills.
