Leading full service City law firm with a strong reputation for quality and innovation seeks Real Estate Solicitor 2 + PQE for Berkshire office. The team specialises in all the key issues affecting the property sector including finance, planning, construction and development, investment and
environmental law and acts for institutional investors in acquiring, letting and disposing of property, and for corporate clients taking space in the UK both initially and to facilitate expansion, The team also assists the Corporate and Banking teams in dealing with the Real Estate elements of their transactions. Ideal candidates will have high quality all-round real estate experience, which has been gained within a highly regarded/ranked real estate department. Will have an xcellent academic record be LPC qualified and with the ability and experience of running own caseload. Will be able to communicate with and understand the business needs of clients, to document and handle discrete parts of a transaction with good technical and drafting ability. Attention to detail and thoroughness is important as is a motivated and enthusiastic attitude.
