Job Description
Market leading Cardiff based firm have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Executive.
The role
- In a non legalese manner to impart necessary information to customers' and estate agents explaining any matter, which may not be immediately understood in a clear, basic format.
- Proactively deliver updates to Estate Agency branches throughout the month.
- To receive or impart, in a professional manner, information between professional bodies with whom the Team are dealing.
- Monitor the completion of escalation requests, ensuring that service level agreements and deadlines are always met.
- Carry out any associated outbound workflow activities to progress transactions.
- Work on own initiative to identify tasks which improve the customer service relationship and optimise exchanges.
- To identify, accept and limit responses to those areas, which are within your capability.
- To support the team in chasing exchanges, by calling third parties involved in the transaction, as directed by the property lawyer.
- Any other tasks as reasonably requested by your Team Manager, Director of Centre Operations, Branch/Regional Manager or Chief Operating Officer.
The candidate
- Previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- The ability to quickly build and enhance solid business relationships.
- Ability to manage and influence expectations.
- An understanding of working in a regulatory environment
- The ability to prioritise fluctuating workloads and demands.
- The ability to build relationships with and influence peers.
- Sound understanding of the conveyancing process.
A fantastic salary of up to £18,000 is offered for this full time permanent position along with great benefits.
