Our established multi office law firm practice requires an experienced Immigration Assistant Solicitor to join there expanding team and office network.
This law practice has extensive knowledge and vast experience in general immigration, business immigration and asylum law which is second to none.
They are acknowledged experts in our field, providing a comprehensive service for those who seek advice and representation in all areas of United Kingdom nationality and immigration law. This law practice is accredited by the Legal Services Commission in immigration law
Applicants must have the following
•Candidates must have at least 24 months PQE in immigration and judicial reviews matters
•Ideally have gained higher rights of audience
•Senior case worker accreditation level 2 under the IAAS
