My Client, a top-tier, international Law Firm, have a requirement for a Construction Solicitor to join their state of the art Leeds office.

Day to day work includes drafting and negotiating contract documentation, advising on contract structures, running adjudications, arbitrations and litigations and conducting negotiations. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in business development opportunities and events and have direct access to senior members of the team when assisting on major transactions and disputes, many of which have a national and international element.

The team acts for a wide range of clients including developers, banks, local authorities and other public bodies, educational establishments, major national and international organisations on both contentious and non-contentious matters with an emphasis on client contact and focus.

Ideally you will have between 3 - 5 years PQE with previous and/or current experience of Construction work and possess a strong academic record. You will be a self starter with a dedication to providing service of the highest standards and exhibit an excellent team oriented approach to your work.
