CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR - WEST YORKSHIRE Our client has an opportunity for a Solicitor to join their Construction team. The team acts for a wide range of clients including developers, banks, local authorities and other public bodies, educational establishments, major national and international organisations. You will be a key member of this growing and highly regarded team and will work on construction and engineering projects, both contentious and non-contentious. You will ideally be 3 to 5 years PQE with experience of construction, however we are happy to hear from individuals who can demonstrate the skills, attitude and academic ability we are looking for. You will be responsible (with appropriate supervision) for running client files and undertaking appropriate management of client relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with senior members of the team on major transactions and disputes, many of which have a national and international element. Day to day work includes drafting and negotiating contract documentation, advising on contract structures, running adjudications, arbitrations and litigations and conducting negotiations. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in business development opportunities and events.
