Due to continuing client demand, no problems with credit crunch here!! the firm now seeks to recruit an additional lawyer with ideally 3+pqe construction experience. In this role you'll be involved in a wide range of commercial construction dispute resolution work as well as a range of insurance disputes involving building contractors and professionals such as surveyors, architects and engineers. You'll have the autonomy to work independently on cases as well as assisting the partners on larger, more complex cases. Depending on your experience, you'll also play a role in supervising and mentoring less experienced team members as well as assisting in business development activity for this fast-growing, interesting team many of which are dual qualified. With a super client base of building contractors, central government departments, developers, house builders, power and plant engineering contractors, software companies and universities.
