Prestigious practice with an enviable construction team is looking for an additional recruit to handle a high profile non-contentious construction caseload.
You will be joining an exceptional team where the quality of the work is tremendous. You will handle your own caseload and will be actively involved in business development and coaching more junior fee earners.
You'll experience a varied client base including major contractors and consultancies along with public sector organisations such as central government agencies, local authorities and housing authorities.
Focusing on the non-contentious aspects of construction law, your work will involve advising on and drafting building contracts, development agreements, professional retainers, bonds and warranties.
This role will give you the opportunity to truly have control over your own clients coupled with excellent promotion prospects. This role also offers a more main stream commercial lawyer the opportunity to specialise in solely construction matters - fantastic re-training on offer.
