CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR - SURREY 3 - 4 years PQE £65k - £100k An associate/senior associate solicitor is sought to join an existing team, many of whom have experience with leading City firms. Candidates should have good inter-personal skills, strong academics and high quality experience typically with a major City or leading national/regional practice. The position arises due to continuing growth within the Group and the successful handles contentious and non contentious construction. The main areas of work are Construction litigation in the TCC, adjudications, Negotiation of construction contracts warranties bonds and appointments etc and working for an enviable clientele such as mid tier businesses, household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients, international designers, and further education colleges and schools.
