THE TEAM You will be working with an outstanding 4 strong construction team, headed up by a very well respected Partner, recognised by fellow solicitors but also in the industry where he has been working for many years. The lawyers not only have a long experience of building and civil engineering projects but also understand the technical as well as legal issues. Work includes:- Non-contentious drafting and negotiation of all forms of construction contracts. Contentious work has an emphasis on adjudication and alternative dispute resolution - with wide experience also of litigation and arbitration THE FIRM A big hitter in the region with over 25 Partners and 75 fee earners. It had a record year in 2007 in terms of profitability beating most, if not all, of its peers in the region. It has seen rapid growth which has been organic, not through mergers. It has recently secured some excellent new clients which will ensure continued success in years to come. WHAT'S ON OFFER? A great opportunity to use your contacts and experience to further expand a very successful team. You'll be joining a dynamic firm that's clearly going places and is managed very well.
