Having attracted a number of high profile ex-City assistants/partners this top ranking practice, which boasts an outstanding property team, is looking to bolster its practice with a construction lawyer.
As an established development and construction team they act for some of the leading development companies in the south east with expertise in the acquisition funding and letting of commercial development sites.
The firm has nearly 90 lawyers with many teams and individuals recommended by external industry commentators as leaders in their specialist fields. They have one of the south-east's leading teams and as part of their continued growth they are looking for an assistant with 1+ years' pqe to join their thriving team.
The quality and variety of work is the biggest selling point of this role. You will be involved in advising on a broad range of matters (mainly non-contentious but you may get involved in some contentious work if you desire) and work with a range of industry experts for a range of clients.
You must be technically sound but also be able to think laterally so as to provide commercial solutions to legal hurdles.
