Job Description

Our client is one of the UK's leading full service regional law firms.  They regularly work with many of the world's largest multinationals as well as successful UK and European businesses. They also have specialist teams, regularly ranked as amongst the best in the UK.  They now require a Construction Lirigation with a following in their Dispute Resolution team based in Reading.

• 5yrs+ PQE or equivalent
• Experience with construction litigation work is essential.
• Experience with non-contentious construction matters is highly desirable.
• A following is essential.
• This is a great opportunity to build up a strong specialist construction team to complement the Group's other specialist teams (IT and Property Litigation). The ideal candidate must be eager to build a team and develop this practice area.
• Experience managing junior members of practice group
• An ability and willingness to market is essential.
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The Dispute Resolution group's work covers a wide spectrum of litigation and contentious work.  This role will focus on construction related matters.  In addition to providing direct advice on a variety of disputes, including contractual, financial and other commercial claims the group provides specialist cross - disciplinary support to other parts of the firm.
