CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION SOLICITOR - NOTTINGHAM/BIRMINGHAM
Large successful Midlands firm is currently looking for an associate level Solicitor with partner potential to work within a niche team dealing with construction work.
Caseload will include contract drafting, dealing with cases of dispute resolution by negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation, with an emphasis on provision of cost effective solutions
The successful candidate will need to
Be a Solicitor with at last 5 years PQE
Broad solid construction litigation experience
Have significant lateral thinking skills
Have an enthusiasm for marketing and business development
