International law firm seeks Construction Solicitor for their Construction and Engineering department based in Manchester. You will ideally be 2 to 3 years PQE with some experience of non-contentious construction.The successful candidate will be joining a successful team who act for a wide range of private and public sector clients including household name developers, utilities, banks, local authorities, universities and FE Colleges, major national and international organisations.Your role will involve primarily undertaking non-contentious work. This is an exciting role as you will be involved in negotiating engineering contracts, advising on contract structures, PFI/PPP flow down contracts and framework agreements.Ambitious individuals are encouraged to apply as you will be encouraged to undertake training programmes including a diploma specifically tailored to construction lawyers.Great salary and prospects.
