Based in Liverpool City Centre, our client is a leading Commercial Practice who are seeking to make a further appointment to their Construction team.
Working for national and international clients, the firm are seeking a Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE who can handle a caseload of both contentious and non contentious matters. Working alongside the HOD, the successful candidate will have exposure to such matters as development agreements, best value schemes, and also litigation and mediation.
In addition, excellent client facing skills are a pre-requisite, as is the ability to network and assist with business development.
