The firm is long established and highly successful. They are full service commercial law firm with offices spanning Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. Over recent years, the firm has seen exceptional growth and they now stand at around 40 partners with 275 staff in all. WHAT?
Acting for funders, developers and consultants/contractors, the work available is varied and of high quality. The team deal with both contentious and non-contentious construction work and handle development/project funding, contracts for development, the terms and conditions of contracts, all types of dispute resolution including adjudication, arbitration and litigation. Clients include bank of Scotland, RBS/Nat West and Clydesdale Bank, local and national contractors aswell as large local subcontractors. Two recent cases which the team have handled have reached the Technology & Construction Court and both have set new law in the construction law field.
