THE OPPORTUNITY
A brand new opportunity for a 2+ year PQE construction lawyer to join the established office of this Legal 500 rated practice in Norwich.
The team is vibrant & energetic offering high quality advice and a personal service which gives best value to their clients. The team advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious construction matters acting for funders advising in relation to development/project funding; for developers when putting in place contracts for development; and for consultants and contractors advising on the terms of contracts.
On contentious matters, they act for the majority of large local contractors (some national) and the majority of large local sub-contractors and during the last year they have advised clients on all types of dispute resolution, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
They are looking for an ambitious lawyer with circa 2+ years' pqe to further grow their team. The requirement here is for a confident individual with good quality construction experience with sparkle, ambition and drive.
You must be technically sound but also be able to think laterally so as to provide commercial solutions to legal hurdles.
