At present they have a vacancy for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Norwich. The team offers a full range of litigated services from commercial disputes to construction and property disputes. The ligation is team is also Legal 500 rated and highly regarded. The role has arisen due to continued expansion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience with Construction Litigation. You will need good experience of adjudication and arbitration. The caseload will be a mix of Non-contentious and contentious and your clients will include developers, builders, architects and local authorities. A flair for marketing and business development is essential to help grow this already fast expanding department. The position comes with an attractive package.
