CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR - MANCHESTER
An opportunity has arisen for a Construction Solicitor to join the Manchester Built Environment Group. This role is a mix of contentious and non-contentious Construction work, working with some of the team's key clients, including contractors, professional parties and developers, for whom we act in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Excellent academics are required and you will have gained experience from a well-regarded national or regional firm
A major element of their team's work is in contentious disputes, many of which are resolved by arbitration and/or litigation. In recent times, there has been increasing involvement in non-contentious work including PPP work, and the drafting of bespoke contractual documentation for major projects. They also carry out considerable work in the energy field.
