A small, dedicated construction team in Manchester which forms part of a much larger integrated national team needs an additional assistant with between 1 and 3 years' experience for a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious work. Clients include building contractors, government departments, developers, house builders, power, software and universities. There is an increasing amount of projects, PPP, property finance and development work as well as standard term contract drafting and advice and contractual disputes whether in litigation, arbitration or adjudication. A fun team with aspirations for growth.
