The Projects and Construction practice currently comprises eight Partners, eighteen Solicitors, one PSL and four Trainee Solicitors in London and also maintains very strong links with the construction practice in its other locations both in the UK and overseas. The team has a national and international reputation for its construction practice. It provides a fully integrated service for a variety of household name clients, including developers, corporates, central and local government departments, funders, regulators, local authorities, RSLs, contractors, specialists and consultants. Services cover all aspects of project development and all stages of the construction process from project inception to post completion. This includes: Construction strategy Strategic agreements and frameworks Procurement and tendering advice, including public and private procurement rules and strategies Contract formation, negotiation and administration Partnering and alliancing Professional appointments Security documents (bonds, guarantees and collateral agreements) Health and Safety compliance Risk management and dispute avoidance.
