Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor with at least three years experience to join their team.
Working with a number of high profile clients, you will act for major power and utilities companies and will be involved in PFI projects in the healthcare and education sector and on major regeneration projects. As this is a diverse and varied team there may be some requirement to travel within the UK and abroad.
You will come with infrastructure experience and be able to display experience in PFI, Projects and Construction and the ability to work at a level where you are close to running a deal, chairing meetings, negotiating unsupervised and acting as the day to day client contact. With strong academics, you will be a confident individual who is keen to develop their own business with an aim to take on responsibility and play a pivotal role in our cohesive team.
