An NQ+ Construction Litigation lawyer is required by this incredibly strong centrally based practice. They handle every major complex type of litigation but also have a strong property and construction practice. They have a number of offices including an international reach into Europe and South America. Considered a mid sized commercial firm, they sit in the top tables and definately punch above their weight in most of their core practice areas.
This is a real opportunity to work with talented, like minded specialists in an exciting and consistently impressive firm.
WHO and WHAT?
You will be a recently quualified solicitor with a strong academic and training background to date in a highly regarded firm. Ideally you will have qualified into Construction Litigation though applications will be considered from those who have been undertaking either a Commercial Litigation caseload (provided you did a Construction seat in your training) or a mixed Construction role and can demonstrate a strong desire to develop in this niche.
WHY?
They're a lovely firm to work for! A good size, large enough to have a real presence, small enough to be personable, friendly and with a strong but very attractive culture. They carry an excellent reputation and are exceedingly well known for their work in the insurance industry and for prividing a strong "all round service". They appear high up the independent league tables for their work in Construction.
They have an international presence. They're a traditional practice with a modern outlook who have been established for around 80 years.
Interesting facts we're sure but perhaps what you might want to know about is their tranparent career progression and their history of embracing change - particularly well demonstrated by their committment to strive for work/life balance and family friendly attitudes.
