A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to take on the leading role at this highly successful and unique property law firm.
In addition to your overall responsibility for the management of the firm, you will be running the day-to-day operations and minimising the firm’s exposure to risk.
You will have:
• excellent technical ability and strong commercial judgement;
• extensive experience in a conveyancing environment;
• proven management experience;
• been responsible for productivity in a commercial environment;
• appreciation and implementation experience of risk management;
• knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations; and the ability to manage various internal departments, including that of IT, HR and Finance.
You will be a highly motivated and commercially minded individual, possibly with a head of department or partnership background, seeking an operational, as opposed to strategic role within an innovative organisation.
