CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR


INTERNATIONAL PRACTICE

  

OPPORTUNITY IN THE LONDON OFFICE

 

The Firm

• International firm with strong reputation in the construction sector.
• The client base includes UK and international developers, contractors, consultants, insurers and funders with interests in the procurement and disposal of private and public sector commercial and residential developments.
• The Group has considerable experience of advising on construction related disputes in both public and private sectors.
• Most disputes are now resolved by way of adjudication. With the benefit of an approved adjudicator on our team, we are very much at the forefront of this popular method of dispute resolution.

You

• 3PQE+
• Strong academic background and training from a recognised practice;
• Experience of both contentious & non-contentious construction matters;
• Experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of building/engineering contracts;
• Experience providing advice on warranties, guarantees and appointment documentation;
• A keen interest and previous experience working closely with clients and the aptitude to foster long term client relationships;
• A genuine interest in marketing/ business development;
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously;
• Pro-active and commercial approach.
