The team's client base spans contractors, sub-contractors, developers, property owners and consultants to insurers of construction, engineering and professional risks. Working on behalf of both private and public sector clients, your role caseload will include: negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts, providing support on the construction aspects of PFI projects, drafting bespoke framework agreements for facilities management and civil engineering projects.
